Wrapping up summer

We got in a few last days at Penn Brook, including a morning to celebrate Kenny & Beckett's birthdays. David has absolutely loved Penn Brook this year, and it really saved our summer. We're so grateful it opened!

Mike took the older boys to a drive in movie of Harry Potter. It was a bit of a later night than we intended, but they had a lot of fun! David was over the moon to have a movie night with Mommy, and to watch our movie (Incredibles 2) on his very own, new chromebook! We picked up David's school chromebook for Kindergarten, and he's thrilled about it.

Beau took a trial lesson in fencing and loved it! We're excited for him to fulfill this dream and have a new sport this year. Especially since it doesn't look like swimming will really happen this year.

Lewis, David, and I had a great outing canoeing in Princeton. It was fun to be out with these two! Mike and Beau played basketball at the church gym while we enjoyed the water.

We didn't get a shot with all the adults, but we had a completely delightful evening hanging out with the Ekbergs and Furners at Princeton campus. The kids all ran around like maniacs and tried to break into buildings. Here are a couple of ours and a couple of Nikki & Troy's up to no good!
