We visited our old neighbors, Terry & Jon, who just moved to a magical home on the river in Bucks County. They have a pedestrian bridge right in front of their home. Such a neat spot!
Then we headed up to polo and loved taking in a match. Beau was especially excited that he tracked down a player after the match and asked for her autograph, which he received on a ball! What a souvenir!

David’s apple picking field trip
David has an apple picking field trip with his pre-school. I was able to join them at the end after I taught. He has such a great group of friends and had such a great time!

David’s swim lessons
Davis is rocking swim lessons this fall. No one else signed up for his time, so he has a private lesson, and he's flying!
Creative Beau
Magnifying glass fires, homemade weights, snuggling by the fire before school, original poetry, and lovingly taking care of Tootie while Hilary was away.
This boy is bursting with love and creativity and energy and a lot of feelings.

Day at Terhune
We met Nikki and Sarah and some other Singapore ladies I hadn't known at Terhune for the day. It was a gorgeous day, and David and Jakob loved time together!
Shenanigans
Beau's reading and sleeping nook in his closet.
Merry go round in the garage.
Grocery shopping in PJs.

Beau’s First Day
Beau sported am amazing faux hawk for the first day.
This year presented a lot of challenges getting into the swing of the school year. But, as I write this a couple weeks in, he is growing in confidence and dedication and care. He switched teachers after a couple days in, and he is with a fabulous, kind, energetic teacher and a really nice class.
We are so proud of him!

Grounds for sculpture and a hair cut
The boys really liked Grounds for Sculpture. We hadn't been there in years.
And, a haircut with faux hawk for Beau!

Baseball game & Family Theme
We made it to a great Trenton Thunder game on Labor Day. Beau brought one ball with from home that he got signed. And then he was lucky enough to catch two more balls!!!
We rolled out our family theme for the year. Kindness, Respect, and Fun
Ice cream with candy to represent each of those. The boys LOVED that part.
