June - End of School & Gogo-Baba Visit

We took the kids to Nomad's with us for our anniversary. Maybe not in our top ten anniversaries, but it was fun! 

Cicada mania!

David finished out a great spring soccer season with Coach Sean.

Gogo and Baba came for a visit from South Africa and also to get their vaccines. Yay!

We took them to Grounds for Sculpture for an absolutely amazing event to commemorate Seward Johnson. It was a big singalong, and I loved it so much! 

Afterwards to Princeton to see the cicadas. The boys hated them. I think they are so amazing! Lewis earned a dollar for holding one!

End of year faculty meeting at Princeton Montessori that ended with Covid pinatas! They were so cathartic! 

Movie time with the family and lemonade!

Teacher dance party outside at the last day of school. Beau and David were not so sure. 

End of school year party for David's friend's at Kenny's house. 

Beau brought Avocado Toast breakfast in bed! 

A wedding ceremony for Ms. Canavera at Toll Gate, just for her students to see her get married. She is seriously the most amazing teacher ever!!! So grateful Beau and David both had her!

Walk at the Watershed with Gogo and Baba! And Sandy who got ticks all over her.

Mike and I stuck in a walk to a swinging bridge - a spot we had never been. The holes in the ground are from the cicadas. Amazing!

When we went out to Nomads, Lewis and Mike went to the temple with Nico and some fo the boys from his ward. It was a great evening for them. 

Puppers!!

I had my first choir rehearsal in well over a year. It was SO happy! Although it also just hurt my heart to feel this amazing experience and feeling and realize what I had been missing. We did it outdoors in a lovely pavilion at a part in Trenton. Such a fun evening!
