Beau's Birthday

Beau's 10th birthday was the Friday after we got home from our trip. I can't believe that he is 10!!!

It was a pretty low-key birthday all round. Just us, because we were still quarantining and couldn't have any friends over. 

We had actually booked ski tickets for his birthday long before we knew we would have to be quarantining. In the end, we decided to still go! (Sorry, not sorry!) We figured were were only going to be outdoors, masked, and we had 6 foot sticks on our feet. So, always distanced. We felt good about it. It was our first time to Blue Mountain, and we loved it there!

Beau requested a marzipan cake for his birthday, so I made another one! We decided to have his birthday dinner the evening before his birthday since we'd be skiing day of. 

Breakfast in bed! Oatmeal with brown sugar was the request. 

Beau requested to have one big present instead of a few. So, we got him an electric scooter. We did get him a stuffed animal as well. He also had a gift and card from Didi and one from Gogo and Baba. 

And, family skiing! We love it!
